– Select your provider and then make sure you select the radio button “Yes”.
– Select available slot and wait for our confirmation of your appointment.
If slots are not available, you may always request an appointment by: Clicking on “Send Request”.
We will then contact you and book an appointment based on your reason for visit and our availability.
