Our practice is offering TeleVisit services to support the health and well-being of our patients, staff and community and to minimize the potential spread of COVID-19.

TeleVisit services are available for patients needing care for certain qualifying conditions. Call our office to schedule an appointment 561-775-0335

Telehealth visit will be available during this period of COVID-19 public health management to encourage safe social distance practice and to service the needs of our patients.

 

Compatible Devices:

A laptop or PC with a camera and microphone, an iPad, or tablet may be used when connecting with the patient portal or using confirmation email. Compatible browsers on a laptop or PC are Chrome, Safari, Firefox. Microsoft Edge is not supported. An iPhone or Android may be used when connecting with the Healow app.

Before your visit starts:

  • It is important to review the Terms of Use document on our website. By initiating the TeleVisit Session you agree to those terms.
  • If you have a copay, coinsurance, deductible or if Telehealth is not a covered insurance benefit, you will be contact before the TeleVisit appointment to collect payment.

 

Your TeleVisit:

  • Once started, you will be in a Virtual Waiting room until the provider connects.
  • Hold the camera in front of your face unless the provider asks you to show some other part of your body.
  • Select a private area where medical information can be kept private.

 

Troubleshooting:

Q: Cannot hear or see video.

A: Check for pop-up – Allow access to your camera and microphone, if using the Healow app check the camera and microphone settings of your phone.
